Guarantees

Most all of our jewelry is guaranteed for life from manufacturers defects (organic and plated materials are the exception). If your jewelry breaks, or a gem comes loose or is missing. Please let us know, and we can get it fixed and repaired free of charge (only pay for shipping). Send us an email.

We cannot guarantee the tightness of jewelry or if you lose a piece. This is your responsibility to ensure the jewelry is worn correctly and tight, to prevent pieces from getting lost. 

Do not use any tools on your jewelry. This will void any warranty, and damage the jewelry.
