Shipping Info

Products will be shipped with the carrier you choose during check out USPS or UPS with tracking information.
Please note a signature upon delivery is required on orders valued at $500 or more.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature and use of body jewelry, all sales are final. 

It is common practice among body piercing studios, not to allow returns or exchanges of body jewelry. This ensures that the jewelry you purchase is new and never worn or contaminated by anyone. 

We will send your jewelry in a tamper resistant sealed package. Make sure to inspect and measure the jewelry sizing and accuracy of the order before you open it. 

If there is a sizing or order inaccuracy, and the jewelry is unopened from it's original sealed package. 
We can allow an exchange or return. 
This must be done within 14 days of your delivery. 

If the package has been opened, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges

Unopened jewelry can be exchanged or refunded once the return has been received by us. Return shipping will be up to the buyer, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
